The agency scoops two awards at the CIPR Awards
acceleris marketing communications has scooped one major award and one nomination at the prestigious CIPR awards. The success comes hard on the heels of the agency hitting its £1 million business milestone, just ten months since it launched.
At the glittering award ceremony at the Queens Hotel, Leeds on Wednesday 7th November, acceleris picked up a Silver Award for ‘Best Use of Media Relations’ for its work for client Motors.co.uk. The agency’s work for Motors.co.uk has, since its launch in April this year, seen the website attract more than half a million unique visitors a month
Commenting on the award winning project, the judges said: 'A clearly defined and articulated campaign driven by fluid media engagement and celebrity know how. Excellent use of an innotative and well researched marketing mechanism to reach a UK-wide audience.'
The second award was a Finalist Commendation in the ’Best Public Sector’ campaign for the National Federation of ALMOs (NFA) whose members manage 1m council homes around the country. The agency’s campaign for the NFA includes re-branding, corporate communications, government affairs, sponsorship and a national awards programme. The campaign was also a finalist in the Public Sector category of the 2007 PR Week Awards.
